People First groups are self-advocacy organizations that are comprised of people with learning difficulties, people with intellectual disabilities, people with developmental disabilities and/or people with disabilities who speak up for themselves and work to improve the lives of their members.

Mesa County’s chapter began in January 2017.  People First of Mesa County meets on the third Monday of every month from 5 pm to 6:30 pm.
